how does social media management work?
Now that you have selected a package, we will send you a contract, invoice, and questionnaire to fill out.
You will receive a Google Drive Folder for uploading all your marketing content and branding materials.
Once those have been submitted, all new clients will start an onboarding process called an Introductory Meeting.
During this meeting we will discuss the brand's goals, review our social media audit, and send over the Last Pass link to securely receive your login details.
Clients will receive a visual content calendar including their marketing content paired with custom hashtags and captions for one opportunity to revise.
After the calendar has been finalized, posting and engagement can begin.
At the end of the month, all clients will receive an analytics report with the next visual content calendar.

How long are the smm contracts?
All contracts are 3-month periods to ensure our clients can see real results. Like many other services, we offer a one-month trial period + a new client fee. The on-boarding process for new clients takes about a week to receive questionnaires, brand assets, account information, virtual meetings, and more.
If the client loves the results, they can sign the official service contract.
what is a new client fee?
The new client fee is $250 in addition to our month service. Each client will require an on-boarding process that clients should need to only experience once.
